Please arrive on time! A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $15 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% charge of your service fee will be applied.
Please use the booking site to schedule your appointment unless otherwise instructed. For rescheduling or flexibility inquiries, feel free to text or call. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. We understand emergencies happen—communication is key!
All services require a nonrefundable deposit that will be applied toward your total balance. Deposits are due at the time of scheduling.
